2. Hosting (Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps)
This website is operated on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, a service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. When you access the website, Microsoft processes technically necessary connection data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, browser and operating system information) to deliver the website and to ensure the security and stability of the service.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and performantly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where data is transferred to third countries, Microsoft relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
3. Contact by email or phone
When you contact us by email or phone, we process your contact details and the information you provide to answer your request or arrange a demo appointment.
Where your request concerns steps prior to entering into a contract with you or the performance of that contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See section 6 for retention.
4. Appointments through Microsoft Bookings
To book a demo, we link to an external Microsoft Bookings page. The calendar opens in a new tab after you click the link. It is not embedded in this website; displaying the link alone does not load a Bookings calendar here.
When you open the external page, connection data, such as your IP address and browser information, is transmitted to Microsoft. If you book an appointment there, the contact details you enter, such as your name and email address, and the appointment details are processed. The booking page shows which information is requested. We use these details to arrange and conduct the requested demo and for related appointment communications.
Microsoft Bookings is part of Microsoft 365. According to Microsoft, booking and contact details are stored in Microsoft 365 and Exchange. Where the demo concerns steps prior to entering into a contract with you, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Otherwise, it is our legitimate interest in handling your appointment request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can also arrange an appointment directly with us by email or phone. See section 6 for retention.
5. Cookies and external pages
This marketing website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not embed tracking or statistics services. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our website.
This statement applies to our marketing website. Microsoft may use cookies and other technical mechanisms on the linked Microsoft Bookings page. Information about these and the settings available there is provided in the Microsoft Privacy Statement linked above.
6. Retention
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial and tax law). After that, the data is deleted.
