2. Hosting (Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps)
This website is operated on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, a service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. When you access the website, Microsoft processes technically necessary connection data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, browser and operating system information) to deliver the website and to ensure the security and stability of the service.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and performantly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where data is transferred to third countries, Microsoft relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
3. Contact form
When you use our contact form, we process the data you provide: name, email address, message text and, optionally, company and phone number. Processing takes place solely to handle your request and to arrange a demo appointment.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering requests). Delivery of the form message to our mailbox is handled via Azure Communication Services (Microsoft, see section 2). We delete requests once they have been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect the contact form against automated requests (spam), we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Turnstile uses technical signals (including IP address, browser characteristics and interaction behaviour) to determine whether an input originates from a human. No advertising or tracking profiles are created.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. The service is only loaded when you scroll to or focus the contact form.
5. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and no tracking or statistics services. Fonts and all other content are served locally from our server; no Google Fonts or similar third-party services are embedded.
6. Retention
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial and tax law). After that, the data is deleted.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

To exercise your rights, an informal email to info@flowsist.com is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
