Frequently asked questions
How quickly can I find a specific watch?
Searching by reference number, case number, brand or model brings up the watch file in seconds – including current location, status and all images. Archived (sold) watches remain searchable too.
Can I keep consignment stock separate from my own?
Yes. Consignment watches are labelled as such, run through all processes with their own status, and appear separately from your own stock in reports and inventories.
How does the cut-off date inventory work?
You pick a date and Flowsist calculates retroactively which watches were in stock on that day – based on arrival and sales dates. You export the result with purchase values and service costs as an Excel file.
