Can I use my own invoice layout?
Yes. Your invoice layout is stored as a template during onboarding – with logo, footers and all mandatory details. Flowsist fills the template and produces the finished PDF.
What does my accountant get from Flowsist?
Flowsist provides a structured Excel export of purchases and sales with dates, amounts, payment methods, brand, model, reference and case numbers. You can also export inventory as of a selected cut-off date, including purchase values and service costs.
Does Flowsist support margin-scheme taxation?
Yes. Whether a watch is sold under standard or margin-scheme taxation is controlled per transaction. The required sourcing data – price, seller, payment method – is already documented from the sourcing process.
How do I create and print a shipping label?
Start shipping from the watch record. The watch, recipient and declared value are carried into the shipping case. You then create and print the label for insured shipping. The invoice and shipment remain linked to the same watch.
Where can I see the shipping status of a watch?
Shipment tracking stays with the corresponding case. Your team can follow the tracking status of insured shipping directly in the watch record.
